As a Care Provider, the difference you make will be evident each and every day because you will get to see how happy your clients and their families are when they succeed at a new task. You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with adults and children with developmental disabilities both in their homes and community-based settings.

In order to be successful in this role you must be passionate about helping others and compassionate enough to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Being a care provider also requires patience, as many of our clients typically require repetition as part of their learning process However, your hard work will be well worth the effort when you see your client’s face light up from achieving something for the first time because of the help and support you provided. These are the moments that cannot be put into words.

As a care provider, you will get to work directly with families to create a schedule that works best for both of you. You will also be challenged on a regular basis because you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of circumstances and embrace the uniqueness of each client and their family.

If you are looking for fulfilling work and are caring and compassionate we want to talk with you!
